How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
Most one- and two-bedroom flats take a team of two between 4 and 6 hours. Larger houses, or properties that have not been cleaned for a while, can take a full day. We confirm the timing with your quote.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most customers leave keys with the agent or a key safe. We send photos when the job is done.
Will I get my deposit back?
We clean to the checklist letting agents use at checkout, which covers the most common deductions. If your agent or landlord flags anything we cleaned, we come back and re-clean it free.
Should the property be empty?
Yes, ideally. An empty property lets us reach inside every cupboard and under every surface.
